Product Application
Centered on the crepe-free process and built around an integrated continuous granulation scheme, this TSR standard rubber line features lean equipment, a compact layout and continuous production, with attention to the stability of key physical properties such as Mooney viscosity. It suits projects with limited plant space, new factory builds and production line upgrades.
Introduction
Crepe-free · Lean equipment · Compact layout · Continuous production. Centered on the crepe-free process, this line adopts an integrated continuous granulation scheme, with coordinated overall design covering feedstock handling, graded crushing, continuous granulation, hot-air drying and compacting & baling. From raw coagulum to finished rubber bales, all process steps are continuously linked, reducing intermediate transfer and part of the auxiliary configuration, so the equipment combination of the line is leaner, the plant layout more compact, and production organization and automated management easier.
Process flow: crushing & pre-washing → graded crushing → integrated continuous granulation → hot-air drying → compacting & baling.
Continuous granulation for a material state suited to downstream drying: after continuous granulation, the rubber forms a particle shape suited to conveying and hot-air drying. Depending on feedstock condition, product requirements and dryer conditions, particle size distribution, particle state, discharge conditions and drying parameters are matched in a coordinated way, so granulation and drying are well linked in sequence, providing a stable material basis for downstream moisture control and finished-product handling.
A crepe-free TSR process route built on whole-line design: with crepe-free processing and integrated continuous granulation at its core, the feedstock handling path is systematically designed from the whole-line perspective. Through the coordination of crushing & pre-washing, graded crushing, integrated continuous granulation, hot-air drying and compacting & baling, continuous material handling and smooth process linking are achieved; the equipment configuration can be tailored to feedstock type, product grade, target capacity, drying conditions and plant conditions, meeting the requirements of different projects on equipment configuration, space planning and automation level.
Project value: crepe-free · leaner equipment configuration · less pressure on plant space · lower maintenance burden · smoother continuous production · a more rational processing path · more controllable long-term operating costs · easier automation integration.
Automation and centralized management: the whole line can be integrated with PLC centralized control, online monitoring, automatic baling and palletizing systems. Unified control of crushing, washing, granulation, drying and packaging achieves coordinated operation between process steps, laying a foundation for continuous production, centralized management and future automation upgrades.
Feedstock: cup lump · field coagulum · latex coagulum · block rubber · mixed scrap.
- Crepe-free, leaner equipment configuration: the crepe-free process completes the corresponding material treatment through integrated continuous granulation, reducing standalone sheeting and part of the supporting drive and conveying units; through process coordination and equipment integration, the line configuration is leaner, offering flexible equipment combinations for different capacities and project conditions.
- Compact layout, more flexible plant planning: process steps are arranged along the continuous production path, reducing intermediate transfer and making the equipment layout more compact; planning can be tailored to project capacity, building dimensions and site conditions, optimizing equipment foundations and space allocation to improve plant utilization.
- Lean equipment, simpler maintenance management: the equipment configuration is more centralized and maintenance points are clearer; simplifying equipment interfacing and on-site adjustments makes routine inspection, servicing and wear-parts management easier, helping reduce the maintenance burden and improve on-site management efficiency.
- Continuous linking, smoother production organization: from feedstock handling, washing, granulation and drying to baling, all steps are continuously linked for continuous feeding and discharge; stable material conveying and process coordination reduce intermediate waiting and manual intervention, keeping the production rhythm clear and easing shift organization and output management.
- Rational processing, care for natural rubber properties: process integration and continuous granulation optimize the rubber processing path and reduce unnecessary mechanical action and processing thermal history, minimizing the impact on the molecular structure and physical properties of natural rubber; the process design focuses on key performance indicators such as Mooney viscosity ML(1+4)100°C, P0 and PRI, and proper control of the processing helps keep these key properties stable, with configurations tailored to product grades and customer requirements.
- Optimized drives, easier long-term operation planning: process integration and optimized equipment configuration allow rational planning of power and auxiliary units, with drive configuration based on project capacity, feedstock characteristics and process requirements; taking equipment investment, operating energy consumption, maintenance management and staffing into account, long-term operating costs become clearer and more controllable.
- Centralized coordinated control, easier automation integration: the whole line can be integrated with PLC centralized control, online monitoring, automatic baling and palletizing systems for coordinated operation of all process steps; unified control and continuous linking provide a solid foundation for automated production, centralized management and future smart upgrades.
