Designed for deep cleaning of rubber drying trolleys, this TTR washing system combines heated soaking and multi-angle high-pressure rinsing to remove residue and improve trolley turnover and product cleanliness.
Introduction
Standardizes the removal of stubborn residues from natural rubber drying trolleys through the systematic integration of temperature-controlled soaking and multi-directional high-pressure rinsing.
After repeated heat cycles, hardened carbonized rubber residue accumulates on trolley surfaces and in corners, directly affecting the purity of subsequent batches. This device serves as an important quality-assurance and auxiliary turnover unit, addressing the pain points of manual cleaning: low efficiency, hard-to-reach corners, and labor safety risks.
An electric hoist moves trolleys into a temperature-controlled alkali soaking tank, where temperature and chemical solution soften and peel away stubborn rubber particles; trolleys are then moved to a rinsing zone for deep physical cleaning by multi-directional high-pressure water jets. Suitable for high-quality NR and TSR processors with strict impurity standards and high trolley turnover.
