In accordance with the relevant regulations of the China National Accreditation Administration and the national standard GB/T 29490-2013 Enterprise Intellectual Property Management Specification, experts from China Standard (Beijing) Certification Co., Ltd. visited our company on September 20, 2017, to conduct a one-day on-site audit of our intellectual property management system. Through interviews, document review, and on-site inspections, they comprehensively examined intellectual property management across seven departments, including management, R&D, information technology, and production planning, covering activities such as technology development, product promotion, production, and sales. The experts confirmed the adequacy, effectiveness, and suitability of our intellectual property management system. We also held in-depth discussions with the experts on system operation and maintenance, patent retrieval, and risk prevention and control. Passing this audit standardized our intellectual property management practices and improved our overall management level. It is the natural result of our long-term emphasis on independent innovation and intellectual property system development. It also serves as a demonstration for enterprises across the city in implementing the national standard for enterprise intellectual property management. About the Intellectual Property Management System
The intellectual property management system is established in accordance with GB/T 29490-2013 and relevant national requirements. It places intellectual property at the strategic level of enterprise management and strengthens protection and risk control through management concepts, organizational structures, operating models, personnel, and management systems. Its goal is to define and realize the mission of enterprise intellectual property management. GB/T 29490-2013, the first national standard for enterprise intellectual property management in China, came into effect on March 1, 2013.
