Latex Centrifugal Clarifier – Natural Rubber Primary Processing Machinery

This machine is mainly used in cleaning the latex, to remove the sand, ant, tree peel, leaf etc. A previous and common method in process is gravity filtration by the use of filter screen, which is hard to deal with the latex of heavier concentration, of higher viscosity, with more granule, or with more sundries. It is inefficient and easy to result in filter blocking. This machine separates the latex and impurities by the centrifugal force from the gravitational differences of the latex and impurities. It is a processing method wildly used nowadays as it is able to deal with the latex of heavier concentration and higher viscosity in large quantity and easily.

Dry Prebreaker Machine – Natural Rubber Primary Processing Machinery

This machine breaks the rubber material by the relative movement of the movable blades on the main shaft and fixed blades in the main body. The heat generated in cutting, friction and press during operation reduces the moisture content and white spot in the rubber material, and increase its consistency.

Cleaning Machine – Natural Rubber Primary Processing Machinery

The machine consists of cleaning rollers, cleaning cabinet, rack and transmission system. During operation, the raw rubber in the cabinet gets shredded and kneaded repeatedly by the strong power of the two rollers with different rotate speeds. Thus the impurities both inside and on the raw rubber come off , being washed away easily. The waved grooves on the rollers enhances its holding power in movement, reduce the roller slip, and become more effective. After being washed and kneaded initially by this machine, the raw rubber becomes soft bars with rough surface, which is well prepared for sheeting.

Drying Oven – Natural Rubber Primary Processing Machinery

In the hot wind drying method, firewood, coal, diesel, natural gas and other fuel can be used for generating energy. The raw crumb rubber is dried by the hot wind with the temperature from 90℃ to 125℃.The characteristic of the drying line is to use part of the exhaust gas recycling to reduce the heat loss for fuel saving. The hot wind is drawn into the drying line by the draught fan. After penetrating though the rubber for several times, part of the wind has been drawn back to the burner, while other part of the wind with high humidity has been discharged. In the front part of the drying line, due to the low temperature and high moisture content of the raw crumb rubber, the hot wind generates heat and penetrates the rubber, taking the moisture away. This part of air, containing less heat and high humidity, is useless and will be discharged.In the rear part of drying line, as the air gets drier, the temperature higher, and the moisture content lower, it requires less heat consumption when the hot wind penetrates the rubber. With less moisture content and higher temperature, this hot wind is able to be drawn back to the burner for recycle and energy saving.A odor scrubber tower is available in the drying line. The filling and spray system of the scrubber has been improved and won high reputation from our customers.

The drying trolley goes to the discharge device by return rail, which use top rod to life up the upper box of drying trolley and the press plate presses under-frame. Through cylinder separates the upper box and under-frame, the under-frame will move by return rail, and then upper part of drying trolley is down by manual reversing value via unload oil.
