Horizontal hydraulic cutting machine

It is a rotating-disc type of cutting machine in new design for natural rubber, compound rubber, reclaimed rubber and synthetic rubber. It is used in cutting rubber blocks into smaller blocks, slices, granules and bars, and cutting other types of material as well.

By the rotating blade of it, this machine cuts off the rubber bale with reciprocating motion of the worktable. The worktable is controlled by hydraulic system, with which hydraulic oil is used as the working medium. The self-lubrication of relative moving parts result in less friction and longer service life.
