Product Application
This vibrating screen is used for dewatering, screening, and rinsing wet rubber granules, making it a common solid-liquid separation unit in TSR lines before drying.
Introduction
A specialized dewatering unit for natural rubber lines that uses reciprocating vibration to separate granules from water, reducing drying energy consumption and improving efficiency.
An eccentric crankshaft drives the screen in high-frequency linear reciprocating motion. As wet granules move along the inclined screen, water is discharged through the mesh by gravity and vibration, and granules are conveyed to the outlet.
An overhead spray system can provide a final rinse to remove residual fine impurities. Mainly used for washing and dewatering standard and high-impurity natural rubber granules.
