Natural Rubber Robotic Arm
Natural Rubber Robotic Arm
Product Application
Robotic arm for unloading, casing, and palletizing in natural rubber plants, reducing manual handling and improving line consistency.
Introduction
The Weida robotic arm is a core automation component for material handling in primary natural rubber processing, flexibly deployable at unloading, casing, or palletizing stations to replace repetitive manual labor.
In primary natural rubber processing, material handling is the most labor-intensive stage. As a highly adaptable automation terminal, the robotic arm solves physical handling problems across different workshop stations.
The JBX2 model uses a 4-axis joint design and can be flexibly programmed and fitted with different end-effectors for independent deployment in various scenarios. Suitable for large and medium-scale TSR enterprises facing recruitment difficulties or seeking to control labor costs.
- Flexible Multi-Scenario Adaptation: Switching between unloading, casing, and palletizing roles by reprogramming and changing end-effectors, with high asset utilization.
- Powerful Payload & Coverage: A 180 kg payload and over 3.2 m working radius let a single unit cover a wide end-of-line palletizing area, eliminating safety hazards from manual heavy-load handling.
- High Reliability & Mature Design: The streamlined 4-axis structure is mature, with core components reinforced for the high-temperature, dusty rubber workshop environment for long-term stable operation.
