This vertical hot air furnace provides clean indirect heat for natural rubber drying lines, supporting TSR production with strong thermal efficiency and stable continuous operation.
Introduction
The Weida Vertical Hot Air Furnace uses indirect heating with a thermal efficiency of up to 70%. Supports coal and wood fuels for drying in the natural rubber, food, and chemical industries, outputting hot air up to 250°C with a longer lifespan than traditional tube-type furnaces.
In the drying section of natural rubber processing, the RFL series vertical hot air furnace provides the heat source for the hot air drying system. Indirect heating prevents smoke from polluting the rubber at the source.
The unit burns solid fuels such as coal or wood and efficiently transfers the heat to clean air, generating high-temperature, pure hot air of up to 250°C for stable supply to downstream rubber drying equipment. The integrated combustion and heat-exchange design fully isolates smoke from the air to ensure clean hot air.
