This hammer mill is designed for low-grade natural rubber and high-impurity feedstock, using impact crushing and washing to remove sand, bark, and other contaminants.

Product Details
High-speed rotating hammers repeatedly impact, shear, and tear the rubber entering the chamber, combined with water flushing, to break it into fine granules.
This intense physical action separates stubborn impurities such as sand and bark trapped inside the rubber, improving purity and grade. It is an important impurity-removal unit for producing TSR 10 and TSR 20.
