Introduction
The core equipment for Ribbed Smoked Sheet (RSS) production, thinning, dewatering, and embossing diamond patterns on coagulum in one continuous operation using five pairs of rollers.
Coagulum is fed through five pairs of specialized rollers in sequence, completing thinning, dewatering, and the final diamond pattern embossing in a single operation, simplifying what previously required repeated manual work or multiple machines into one continuous mechanical process.
Suitable both as a one-step configuration for new RSS lines and for upgrading existing plants to improve efficiency.
