The device treats high-temperature, high-humidity, and odorous exhaust from rubber drying workshops. Exhaust is drawn by a fan upward through the tower, while a top spray system atomizes water downward; the gas and water mist mix thoroughly, capturing and settling odor molecules and dust.
The gas then passes through a layer of specialized purification balls to remove residual moisture and suspended particles before clean air is discharged from the top. Suitable for exhaust treatment in natural rubber drying, helping plants reduce odor and dust emissions and improve environmental compliance.
