Product Details
Two diamond-patterned rollers rotating at different speeds apply intense shear and pressure to the rubber, removing residual impurities and reducing moisture to form a honeycomb-like crepe sheet.
This lays the foundation for subsequent granulation and drying and is a key step in improving final product quality. Widely used in TSR and crepe rubber lines.
