Bucket Elevator
Bucket Elevator
Product Application
This bucket elevator lifts wet rubber granules and blocks from lower pits to higher process equipment, making it a common automatic feeding solution in TSR processing lines.
Introduction
A transport device for primary natural rubber lines that automatically lifts wet rubber granules and blocks from low levels to higher equipment, connecting key stages like crushing, washing, or sheeting.
The unit continuously and uniformly lifts wet granules or blocks from low-level pools or ground positions to the inlets of subsequent equipment such as breakers, single-screw breaking-washing machines, or crepers.
A variable-speed motor drives a conveyor chain; buckets on the chain scoop material at the bottom, lift it to the top, and discharge it into the receiver using centrifugal force or gravity. Suitable for factories upgrading from manual operation to automated, continuous production.
- Automated Transport & Labor Saving: Replaces heavy, inefficient manual shoveling and lifting, reducing labor intensity and cost.
- Vertical Lifting & Small Footprint: Vertical transport requires minimal floor space and optimizes factory layout.
- Smooth Operation & High Capacity: High-strength chains and well-designed buckets ensure stable operation without spillage; models available for different capacities.
- Seamless Connection & Efficiency: Provides stable, continuous feed to subsequent equipment, reducing production bottlenecks caused by inconsistent manual feeding.
