The Weida Automatic Casing & Baling Machine integrates robotic feeding with hydraulic baling to fully automate the natural rubber packaging process, reducing end-of-line labor and improving overall baling rhythm.
Baling is the final physical stage before rubber products leave the factory. As end-of-line equipment, this machine replaces inefficient manual feeding and manual pressing, serving as core hardware for capacity improvement and packaging standardization.
During operation, a robotic arm automatically captures upstream rubber blocks and feeds them precisely into the column-type hydraulic baling chamber, where the system automatically executes pressing, pressure holding, and bale discharge. Suitable for NR, reclaimed, and synthetic rubber producers, especially those with end-of-line capacity bottlenecks or inconsistent packaging.
