The screw juice machine feeds material by screw pressing to efficiently separate juice from residue and recover plant juice. Suitable for juice extraction and dewatering of sisal and banana stem processing waste, turning agricultural waste into value.
Working Principle
Material enters the barrel through the feed inlet and is continuously conveyed and compressed by the low-speed rotating screw shaft. Combined with the resistance at the discharge end, juice is squeezed out through the screen while residue is discharged from the end, achieving continuous pressing and dewatering.
